El sábado 12 de julio a las 11h, PararLaGuerra.es convocamos a la ciudadanía a llenar las calles y las plazas por la Paz en Oriente Próximo, por el Fin del Genocidio en Palestina.
Lo que está ocurriendo en Gaza es un genocidio que tiene como objetivo final el exterminio y la limpieza étnica de más dos millones de gazatíes, la mitad de los cuales son menores.
Estamos ante uno de los momentos más crueles y mortíferos de la matanza que el gobierno israelí lleva veinte meses perpetrando en la Franja. Todos los días cometen un sinfín de crímenes de guerra, bombardean hospitales y escuelas, destruyen viviendas, infraestructuras de agua potable y saneamiento, acribillan las colas de ayuda humanitaria y condenan a la hambruna total al pueblo palestino.
Este infierno es especialmente cruel con los/as niños/as, que según las advertencias de la ONU pueden comenzar a morir por miles al día si no llega ayuda humanitaria de manera inmediata.
Está en peligro la Paz en la región y en todo el mundo
Los bombardeos de EEUU e Israel sobre Irán han supuesto un salto en la escalada de guerra y en la posibilidad de un conflicto internacional de imprevisibles consecuencias.
Trump y Netanyahu son una amenaza para la paz mundial y responder es una prioridad para los y las demócratas, para todos los pueblos del mundo. Es el momento de transformar la indignación que recorre el mundo, en una acción pacífica, unitaria y solidaria contra el genocidio y por la paz. La guerra no nos es indiferente, porque “es un monstruo grande y pisa fuerte, toda la pobre inocencia de la gente”.
PararLaGuerra.es llamamos a toda la ciudadanía, sin distinción de ideologías o credos, sin importar la región o el país en el que se viva, a apoyarla movilización y a acudir a las concentraciones por la Paz y por el Fin del Genocidio del próximo 12 de julio.

On Saturday, July 12th at 11:00 am, PararLaGuerra.es calls on the people to fill the streets and squares for Peace in the Middle East, for an End to Genocide in Palestine.
What is taking place in Gaza is a genocide whose ultimate goal is to wipe out and ethnically cleanse more than two million Gazans – half of whom are children.
We are bearing witness to one of the cruellest and most lethal moments of the massacre perpetrated by the Israeli government in the Gaza Strip for twenty months. Every day they commit countless war crimes, bombing hospitals and schools, destroying homes, drinking water and sanitation infrastructure, firing at the people seeking humanitarian aid and condemning the Palestinian people to utter starvation.
This continuous hell is especially cruel to the children who will die by the thousands each and every day if the blocked humanitarian aid does not arrive immediately, according to the UN.
The peace of the region and around the world is at stake
The US and Israeli bombings of Iran represent a significant increase in the escalation of war and the possibility of an international conflict with unforeseeable consequences.
Trump and Netanyahu are a threat to world peace. Responding is a priority for all the peoples of the world. It is time to transform the outrage sweeping the world into peaceful, united and supportive action against genocide and for peace. War shall not be indifferent to us for, as the song prays: "It's the great monster that tramples / on the poor innocence of all the people."
