Además de retirar el título de Comandante en Jefe del Ejército al Consejo Presidencial (PC), y dar el título de Portavoz de la Cámara de Representantes, según el portavoz de la Cámara de Representantes, Abdullah Blehiq.

Anteriormente, la Cámara de Representantes denunció la decisión del presidente del PC sobre la creación de un órgano independiente de referéndum y encuesta, calificándola de paso peligroso e injustificado. Consideró en un comunicado que la decisión viola la declaración constitucional. También consideró que este paso no puede ser dado por un solo partido a la luz de las circunstancias de transición que atraviesa el país, reservándose al mismo tiempo el derecho de eludir a la Alta Comisión Electoral Nacional mediante el establecimiento de órganos financieros independientes.

El jefe del PC, Mohammed Menfi, emitió una decisión para establecer la "Comisión Nacional para el Referéndum y la Encuesta Nacional" con el propósito de implementar referendos y encuestas nacionales, desde la preparación y planificación hasta la supervisión de la votación y la clasificación de los resultados.

In addition to withdrawing the title of Commander-in-Chief of the Army from the Presidential Council (PC), and to give the title to the Speaker of the HoR, according to HoR spokesman Abdullah Blehiq.

‎Earlier, the House of Representatives denounced the decision of the Head of the PC regarding the establishment of an independent referendum and survey body, describing the decision as a dangerous and unjustified step. It considered in a statement the decision to be in violation of the constitutional declaration. It also considered that this step cannot be taken by one party alone in light of the transitional circumstances that the country is going through, while at the same time reserving its right to bypass the High National Elections Commission by establishing independent financial bodies. 

PC's Head Mohammed Menfi issued a decision to establish the “National Commission for Referendum and National Survey” for the purpose of implementing referendums and national surveys, from preparation and planning to supervising voting and sorting results.
