Y eso lo lleva la mano firme y decidida del ministro de Exteriores de este gobierno, Abdul Hadi Al-Hawaij gracias a su visión ilustrada para inyectar una nueva dinámica y un fuerte impulso a las relaciones bilaterales e izarlas a un nivel superior, basándose en los lazos de sólida amistad y fraternidad y en una cooperación fructífera entre Libia y Liberia.

El encuentro s se centró en renovar la hoja de ruta de la cooperación, identificando las áreas sectoriales en las que se basará la cooperación entre ambos países en los próximos años, señalando que Marruecos trabajará para abrir un centro diplomático en la capital, Las dos partes abordaron también el papel desempeñado por los dos países a nivel regional, en particular las iniciativas importantes para el continente africano y la región de África Occidental, en la que Liberia desempeña un papel importante.

Libia se compromete a trabajar con Liberia como socio y amigo de acuerdo con los principios de respeto, solidaridad y el enfoque de ganar-ganar, y el principio de cooperación Sur-Sur e interafricana, considerado por como la base del desarrollo del continente africano.

The two sides also discussed the role played by the two countries at the regional level, particularly important initiatives for the African continent and the West African region, in which Liberia plays an important role.

Libya is committed to working with Liberia as a partner and friend in accordance with the principles of respect, solidarity and the win-win approach, and the principle of South-South and inter-African cooperation, considered by as the basis of the development of the African continent.
