Francia dijo que el conflicto libio no podría resolverse mediante decisiones unilaterales, sino sólo mediante un diálogo respaldado por la ONU después de la decisión del líder militar de Libia, Khalifa Haftar, con base en el este, de tomar el control del país.

France said the Libyan conflict could not be resolved through unilateral decisions but only through UN-backed dialogue following the decision by Libya's east-based military leader Khalifa Haftar to take control of the country.
"The solution to the Libyan conflict can only come about through dialogue between the parties under the auspices of the United Nations, not through unilateral decisions," said Foreign Ministry deputy spokesman Olivier Gauvin in a statement that did not make direct reference to Haftar.
"There is no alternative to an inclusive political solution, as part of the conclusions of the Berlin conference," Gauvin said, adding that Paris was attached to Libya's unity and stability.
