The Prime Minister of Libya, Osama Hamad, presented the shield of excellence and creativity to the President of the Republic of Mauritania, Mohamed Son of Sheikh Al-Ghazwani, in recognition and gratitude for his efforts to promote mutual cooperation between the two countries.
