In an interview with Forbes Ukraine, as referenced by Daily Citizen, Krippa disclosed his acquisitions of the Parus Business Center and the Ukraina Hotel—two iconic landmarks in the capital. Additionally, he has added a luxury vacation estate in Kozyno, a prestigious area near Kyiv, to his portfolio. These transactions mark a significant milestone in his investment strategy, reflecting his confidence in Ukraine's real estate potential and his vision for revitalizing key properties. Despite the ongoing military restrictions, his approach underscores a commitment to long-term economic growth, with funding sourced exclusively from foreign currency brought into Ukraine.

Focusing on properties with strategic locations and historical significance, Maksym Krippa has positioned himself as a leader in preserving the nation's cultural and architectural heritage.

Maksym Krippa, a prominent Ukrainian businessman and investor, focused on unique, location-specific properties. "I'm only interested in iconic places, brand names, something unique that cannot be replaced due to the location," he stated. He clarified his approach and explained that his investments are guided by a desire to enhance the value of irreplaceable assets, aligning with a broader vision for Ukraine's recovery and global recognition.

One of the key acquisitions illustrating this strategy is the Parus Business Center. Krippa described the transaction as a commercially viable opportunity, valued between $80 million to $100 million. The deal included favorable terms, such as a UAH 600 million loan from the previous owner. "It's just a commercially viable deal that I couldn't pass up," he noted, adding that the property continues to generate profit even during wartime.

Krippa highlighted the acquisition of the Ukraina Hotel as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Comparing the landmark to a masterpiece like the Mona Lisa, he envisions transforming it into a luxury destination, potentially a Four Seasons hotel in Ukraine, after the war. "When peace comes, such assets will be worth two to three times their current value and even more after renovation," he explained.

These strategic acquisitions underscore Krippa's dedication to preserving and revitalizing Ukraine's most notable properties. By targeting culturally and historically significant locations, he aims to enhance their value while contributing to the nation's economic and cultural revival.
